when i was young i had a teeny tiny room at my dads house. it actually was a closet. my dad thought by putting in a 2x4 window it would be good enough. i would walk in and stand on my bed so i could shut the door. THAT SMALL. i had a mini 4 drawer dresser with a small black and white tv on top. this tv was my LIFE while i was there. i would stay up late at night watching re-runs of tales from the crypt and public television. on certain nights after tales from the crypt a show would air that featured goth/darkwave music videos. i fell in love with all of it. collide, switchblade symphony, rasputina… i miss those days..even that tiny closet.
